Online appointment booking now available

We have a new appointment system that will be going live from Friday 8th April. In response to patient feedback, we are releasing GP appointments online for patients to pre-book. The appointments will be released throughout the week and patients will be encouraged to self-book for any routine matters. These will be a mixture of both face to face and telephone appointments.

If a patient needs to contact the surgery on the day regarding something of an urgent nature and there are no appointments available after speaking with the Reception Team you will be asked to complete an eConsultation that will be reviewed by one of the GP’s that day. However, if you are not able to complete an eConsultation our reception team will be able to complete this over the phone with you.

We are advising patients not to book a Face-to-Face appointment via the online system if they have any covid 19 symptoms or have tested positive for covid within the last 7 days. Patients with these symptoms can either prebook in for a telephone consultation online or submit an on the day eConsultation. Once this is then reviewed by the GP, the GP can then if necessary book the patient in to be seen Face-to-Face at our RED Zone to ensure the safety of all our patients and staff.
